Live a happy life
Hi!
I just love creating Clean and Simple cards.
And this week over at Split Coast Stampers the Clean and Simple Cards team has a wonderful sketch challenge.
It's CAS217. And if you love to make clean and simple cards to you should definitely play along.
This is the card I created for this wonderful challenge.
The sentiment stamp is from the Close to My Heart Chantilly Scrapbooking Workshop. It has some gorgeous papers and stamps not just for scrapbooking with but also for creating cards.
Happy crafting,

Get Sketchy
Hi!
Today I have a couple of cards to share with you.
They both are my interpretation of the newest Can You Digi It? blog
challenge which is Challenge #34 - It's Sketchy.
You should definitely come out and play along with us. C.Y.D.I.? is providing a free digi of the sketch.
The first card is also an homage to Doctor Who. As the filmstrip sort of reminded me of a couple of Doctor Who episodes I'd seen featuring the Doctor. But my version has a message from River Song.
This is my second card. My DH didn't think it represented this week's sketch very well though.
Oh, if you're wondering I hand wrote the sentiments for both cards.

Happy Earth Day
Hi!
In honor of Earth Day today I created this card.
And might I add that more than 50% off its made from recycled materials.
The designer paper came from this card I received at Christmas.
The ribbon is from one of my shopping trips to Victoria's Secret.
And the Kraft paper used is recycled from a cup sleeve.
I hope you like it. A lot of love of crafts and
the Mother Earth were put into it.
Happy crafting,
M.E.

Butterfly birthday
Hi!
Today marks a new challenge over at the Can You Digi It? blog.
Our challenge this time is Challenge #33 - Butterflies.
I just love butterflies, they're so beautiful and whimsical.
That's what my project was going for this time.
For the major butterfly I used the Delightfully Distressing Designs’ Butterfly Bliss stamps.
The smaller butterflies were created with some Martha Stewart punches.
And the sentiment stamp is from Close to My Heart, it's
called Joyful Birthday Occassions.
If you've got a digi stamp whether it's a butterfly or just a sentiment
and you use butterfly punches. We'd love to have you play along
with us in this fun challenge.

The secret of happiness
Hi!
Today's card is another one that I created for
HYCCT way back in October.
It just says SPRING to me.
I hope it makes you as cheerful as I hope it made the receiver
of this card.
This card was created for HYCCT1216 Two Times The Fun.
We were to use TWO of each thing - no more, no less.
I think they were supposed to be slightly different.
I did my best to keep true to that it was kinda hard.

Clearly for you
Hi!
I created this card way back in October but it
just says SPRING to me.
And as I haven't shared it here with y'all
I figured now was the best time to do it.
This card was created for the HYCCT challenges over at SCS.
The particular challenge for this card was called Clearly Hopeful
which is why I used the Transparency Film sheet.
The particular sheet I used can't be printed on but I do know
you can get some that can be printed on. It's just a
little more pricey.

Fabric Basics
Hi!
Today I'm sitting in the dentist office. Crossing my fingers that everything works out.
But while I'm there I figured y'all could watch this amazing video.
We'll learn great tips and techniques for using fabric in your artwork—where to use it, how to adhere it, and how to create ruffles, flowers, and much more
If you're interested in purchasing items shown in this video. Please feel free to stop by my CTMH shop.
