Happy Birthday Summer

Hi!

This month my scrapbook group's card swap was to do Birthday cards. I will try to post the rest of the groups cards tomorrow.

Stamps: The Greeting Farm's WS Dressy Ebony - digi, Stamping Bella's billboardabella
Paper: SU! Island Oasis, Bazzill Basics Paper Tropical Breeze
Ink: Palette Noir Black, Sharpies, Bic Mark-its
Accessories: CM Star Maker, Circle Patterns, Spellbinders Labels Eight, S4-113 Classic Scalloped Ovals SM.

I created this card for the following challenges:
I just love The Greeting Farm's stamps and all but 2 of my stamps from them are digital. The
best thing about digital stamps is that you can do everything with it that you can do with a traditional stamp but also if you want to you could color it on your computer and you can make it any size you wish.

For this card I used acetate paper (overhead projection screen sheets) and I made the banners
out of CM's Star Maker and Circle Patterns. Plus I used these stamps:
  1. The Greeting Farm's WS Dressy Ebony - digi
  2. Stamping Bella's billboardabella which comes with sentiments
Did I tell y'all the good news? I just became an Independent Consultant with Close to my Heart. I hope to get my Consultant kit from Close to my Heart on Monday.

And Tuesday I will have my laproscopy surgery, so I might not be able to blog or create too much the next couple of weeks. Well, I'll definitely have something to read and do while I'm doing my bed rest. I hope to only be out of commission for 10 days although my Doctor doesn't know which surgery I'll be having until I'm under on Tuesday. So it could be anywhere between 2 - 3 weeks out of commission. But my Fertility Doctor is saying that it could be completely possible for us to get pregnant naturally within a month after my surgery.

But until then you can find some awesome ideas an inspiration over at my CTMH shop. And if you like you can purchase some awesome new scrapbook goodies over THERE too.

Oh, and I'm so happy my dear hubby designed my NEW craft room. Plus this week we bought all the items for it and the paint too. So I hope to have some awesome pics of my NEW craft room to share with y'all.

And if it's at all possible I will try to post. I don't know how I'll feel until after surgery. It's my first time having any surgery done and I've only been in the hospital a handful of times but NEVER for surgery. So I'm really nervous but I know that this is for the best. If you pray I'd really appreciate it if you'd pray for me.

Until then I hope y'all have a great weekend.

Happy Crafting,
M.E.
