The best craft scissors

Don't you just hate when your scissors get all gummed up?

One of my favorite things about crafting with friends is learning about what tools work best for them. Since y'all are my online friends I will try to share once a week what my favorite tools are.

Today I will share what my favorite everyday craft scissors are.

Recently I picked up the Fiskars Non-stick scissors.

Pros of these scissors
They have a non-stick coating. They are great for everyday use when making cards, scrapbooks, and cutting ribbons. I've also used these with things run through my Xyron, foam dimensionals, and glue dots and they come out cleanly.

Cons of these scissors
They are camo colored. Really that's the only con I could come up with.

The price for these was around $5, which in my opinion is a great bargain. Plus for every purchase a donation is made to the Boys and Girls Club of America.

Happy crafting,

  1. Have you cut adhesive dots with them yet? That is what always seems to gum up my scissors.

  2. I might need to try these scissors because I need new ones. My red Tim Holtz scissors are pretty much done! LOL Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend! :)

  3. These look great. I have one pair of cutter bees that I reserve just for the sticky stuff but it's a pain getting them clean. I will have to look for these.
